"Fast, helpful replies"
I’ve had a really good experience with them. Every time I reached out, they got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. No runaround, no overcomplicating it. If you’re someone who appreciates quick answers and straightforward help, I’d say they’re definitely worth reaching out to.

"Project dragged on longer than I thought"
The project ended up taking way longer than I expected. Updates didn’t really come on time, and it felt kind of all over the place. Like, I wasn’t always sure what was happening or when things were actually moving forward.

"Decent service, but I wish the pricing was clearer"
I used them for a small design project for my cousin’s business, and overall the work was fine. Nothing really wowed me, but it got the job done and looked decent enough for what we needed.
The main thing that bothered me was the pricing. I had to ask a few times what was actually included and what would be an extra charge, which got a little frustrating. They did explain it eventually, but I feel like that kind of info should be easier to see before placing an order

"Easy to talk to, right?"
I worked with Goodfellas Logos they were really easy to communicate with. They kept everything simple, answered my questions clearly, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark, which is kind of what you hope for, right? Their replies came through quickly and were always straight to the point. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I felt good about how everything was handled.

I’m happy with the logo overall. The service was good and the final design came out nice, at least I think so. It did take a little longer than I expected, but I guess that’s not the biggest deal if the end result looks good, right?

"Actually really helpful after delivery"
I got my logo files and at first I thought everything was fine, then I hit a small issue opening one of them. I messaged Good Fellas Logos after the delivery and figured it might take a while, but no, they replied quick and sorted it out. They fixed the file and sent everything over again without any annoying back and forth. I was a little worried since the order was technically done, but they still helped like it was no problem. Happy with the whole thing

"Decent ideas, just not super unique"
I got some logo ideas from Good Fellas Logos, they weren’t bad. They clearly tried to be creative, and a few of the concepts actually looked nice and fit what I asked for. So yeah, I’ll give them credit for that.
That said, some of the designs felt a little too familiar, like I’d seen similar logos before. Not TERRIBLE or anything, just not as original as I was hoping. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I really wanted something with more personality.

The logo came out really nice and the design was clean, better than I expected. I just felt a little ignored during the process because communication wasn’t great, but the final result was solid

"Took forever to get done"
The logo turned out alright in the end, but man, the turnaround time was way too slow. I had to keep following up just to see what was going on, and after a while it got frustrating

"Logo fit my brand really well"
I was kind of in a rush to get my logo sorted, but I already had a clear idea of the vibe I wanted. Goodfellas Logos did a solid job bringing it together without making it look too busy or overdone. The colors and style ended up matching my brand really nicely. It took a little back and forth, but they actually listened to what I was asking for. Really happy with the final logo.

"Decent site, but a little clunky"
To be fair, the website isn’t bad overall. I was able to find most of what I needed, but it did feel a bit slow at times, and getting around some pages took more clicks than I expected. The design looks fine, but it’s not the easiest to use on mobile. It’s definitely usable, just could be a bit smoother.

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
I ordered a logo and did get all the final files in the end, but the delivery came later than the date they originally gave me. They did respond when I checked in, just not as quickly as I was hoping, if that makes sense?
The quality turned out okay overall, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just feel like clearer timing upfront would’ve made the whole process less stressful, right?

I got the final files back after a short wait, and everything looked really clean. I went through them the same day and didn’t run into any issues at all.

"Ordering was more frustrating than it needed to be"
The ordering process was kind of annoying for me. A few steps weren’t very clear, so I had to keep going back and fixing things before I could move on. It did work in the end, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. What made it more irritating was getting those canned apology messages that don’t really help anything. I’d rather they just make the process clearer.

"Designer really knew what he was doing"
The designer clearly had solid design skills and I felt like I was in good hands. It took a little back and forth to get everything just right, but he listened, made the changes, and delivered a result I was happy with

The logo turned out good in the end after 3 revisions but the replies were a little slow and I had to ask for the same change twice.

Had a good experience with Good Fellas Logos. Really liked that they paid attention to the small things I mentioned and worked them into the logo. Had to ask for one tiny change, but they fixed it without making it a big deal. Overall, happy with how it turned out. 4 stars from me.
